This combination means that VALLADE IMMOBILIER will be able to:

- Benefit from large-scale savings thanks to contracts negotiated by

For instance, since 01/04/06, we have been using PERICLES , the most highly rated and widely used software for estate agency transactions:

- To Share feedback between Imogroup agencies and show their ability to work together

- To Develop cross-sales between departments and partners of Imogroup without changing anything for the seller, other than increasing his chances of making a sale (when we take on a commission at Ruffec we can refer it to our colleague, in Paris for instance)

- To Benefit from the service of an Internet backbone site www.imogroup.com

- Moreover whilst being totally integrated with Imogroup, VALLADE IMMOBILIER has not lost its local reputation, which is strengthened by the national image of IMOGROUP.
