This working team means that there is always someone available at the agency for making appointments very quickly, whilst still being able to take regular training courses within the IMOGROUP network thus enabling them to keep up with the developments of property law.

OPENING TIMES : From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 to 6 p.m. On Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and in the afternoon by appointment.

Displaying your property in the agency window (our windows provide space for more than 200 properties and we have two commercial locations at Ruffec – rue Jean Jaurès and place du Piolet), putting your property online on our site and on our partner sites (Logic Immo, Imostreet, Eurimo, Frenchentree, se loger…),
Telephone follow-up calls to potential buyers. Advertising in specialist press in French and English (Avenir, Logic Immo, Living France…).


You can consult all the offers available free of charge in our offices without prior appointment.
We will give you a list of possibilities which correspond to your requirements in the shortest possible time.
Help with a loan, home insurance, estimates for work that is needed, reading of meters (water, electricity etc),contact with removers, an architect, a gardener … we are flexible and can meet your requirements and demands, whatever they are.
 
Internet users should bear in mind that the agency fees are at the expense of the buyer unless an agreement to the contrary is agreed before signing the sales contract between the buyer and the seller.

The seller is responsible for paying the obligatory surveys that are required before signing the deed. (for instance: pest control, asbestos diagnosis, etc.).
